    Extremely unclear and she had already made several steps before the video started. She said “um” a dozen
    times, and had to backtrack in her instructions which is way too confusing. Very unprofessional ! Volume too low.
    Why can’t Corel find good tutorial instructors and preferably without a British accent ?

    volume is too low – difficult to hear, and instructions are not always clear when you are not familiar to the commands she uses. Suggest showing arrow to show drop down menu, settings, and path.
