      Hello W,

We would be happy to look into this with you! What browser are you using to view the tutorials, and are you behind a business firewall or proxy that may be blocking video content? We tested several videos using the Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari browsers, and were able to play videos using all of them.

      All the best,

If you are using the default browser, Edge, it may not work correctly. Edge doesn’t always “play well” with some websites. Try accessing the Corel VideoStudioX10 tutorial website using an alternate web browser and see if this doesn’t solve the problem. Hope this helps, Randy

      Hey W

I used Firefox and plays very well. Make sure you have all the plug-ins. I have both Windows 8.1 and 10. I don’t like Edge at all. It’s nowhere near as user friendly as Firefox. I Think I would use Chrome before Edge as well.
