It’s the holiday season and we’re gearing up for our favorite time of the year… Are you ready yet?
Up here in Canada, we’ve got snow on the ground and the temperatures have fallen below freezing, but it hasn’t got us down because the holidays are getting so close!
If you’re as excited about spending time with family and sharing memories of the past year as we are, you’ll definitely want to check out our all-new collection of Holiday templates — available now in PaintShop Pro X9.
Check out a few of our favorites form the new Holiday Collection below and then download them in PaintShop Pro X9 to start creating your own personalized holiday cards. When you get to the bottom, you can get one card template ABSOLUTELY FREE! Just tell us where to send it.
Elfin’ Around – Greeting Card
Inspired by those crazy e-cards we all love to get, this is hands-down one of our favorite picks from the collection. Grab three photos of friends or family and drop them into the open spaces to create your own trio of Santa’s little helpers!
TIP: Portraits work best for this one and try to make sure the face fills the entire open space for the best effect.
Keep the Good Times Coming – Christmas Party Invite
This versatile template could be used for so many different holiday projects, so it HAD to make our list! You could do all sorts of things, like add a family photo to the top half, or even add some text like we have here to create a party invite you can send out to friends and family.
TIP: Adding text is SUPER EASY in PaintShop Pro. Just click the Text icon, select where you want it and start typing. Want to change the colors? Look up in your top toolbar to switch the Fill and Stroke colors.
Celebrate New Beginnings – New Year’s Collage
Everyone loves taking a look back at their year in review or capturing all those exciting moments from a whirlwind New Year’s Eve. Now it’s even easier to share a selection of your favorite moments with this fun collage layout, inspired by abstract artist and painter Piet Mondrian.
TIP: Try scaling your images before you add them to your template. It will help you avoid stretching or skewing, which can make your image look unnatural.
