      Hello Hakan,

Thanks for the feedback! Comments like this are important to us in order to find out which cameras our users have. While we do not have anything to announce for adding EOS 77D support, we have made sure it is on the list for consideration in future updates.

Corel supports Canon 77d raw format in PaintShop Pro 2019 Ultimate already, so why is it not supported in Aftershot pro 3? How hard can it be to add support to Aftershot?

        • Adam says

          Hello Jon,

The decision for which cameras to include in a given program is made based on popular camera models industry-wide, as well as from PaintShop Pro and AfterShot customer feedback such as this comment! While we do see overlap in the cameras users of PSP and ASP use, there are differences between them that result in cameras being supported in one program but not the other. While the 77d is not currently a supported camera in AfterShot Pro 3, we can confirm that it is on the list of makes & models under consideration for inclusion in a future update.

          All the best,
          Discovery Center Team

How about raw support for the Canon G9X MKII? Paintshop pro already supports it and AfterShot Pro already supports its predecessor, the G9X.

Let me know if and when we can expect it, thanks!

      Hello John,

Thanks for the feedback! We don’t have any specifics to announce for the G9X MkII for AfterShot just yet, but as soon as it is available we will let all our users know!

Hi I will buy the Fujifilm X-T3 Camera soon, but I don’t see any .afzcam files to download for Aftershot pro 3. I know it is a recent camera but if no option to open our raw files from the camera, how do we gonna edit them? Thank you in advance.

    • Adam says

      Hello Michaël,

Unfortunately the Fujifilm X-T3 is not currently a supported camera, so we do not have a ready-to-go profile for it. We have passed the suggestion on to the AfterShot team for their consideration, but if you already have the X-T3, a copy of AfterShot, and some photos that need working on, here is a tutorial on creating a custom lens profile which you can use to put together some quick lens corrections!

Adam, your suggestion does not work at all. The X-T3 RAF files are not even seen by the ASP browser.

        When is X-T3 support coming?

        • Adam says

          Hello Jaco,

Unfortunately we don’t have any specifics to announce for the X-T3 just yet, but as soon as it is available we will let all our users know!

Any ETA for the camera profile for Fujifilm X-T30? AfterShot Pro is still not able to import raw files.

    Thanks.

  4. Victor Mendonça says

    Hi all,

Any updates of when Fujifilm X-T30 will be supported? I would like to buy the product, but I need RAW support.

    Thanks,
    Victor.

  5. Dennis Lundell says

Support for the Canon RP (.CR3 files) camera and the and the RF24-240mm F4-6.3 IS USM Lens would be very helpful for me. Is that in the works yet?

  6. Todd Wellman says

I would really like to know if there will ever be a profile for the Canon R or RP cameras. I need to be able to use this for the .cr3 files and at this point, I can’t figure out a way. Thus this program is useless for me until then.

    • Brian says

Another vote for .cr3 files please! I have an M50 and R6 and can’t use this software at all. Its just taking up space on my hard drive.
