Alice for TeaKerry Leigh-Easley Brooks
This painting is fully digital from start to finish and based off of the famous novel by Lewis Carroll. It depicts a scene between Alice and the Mad Hatter that is completely reimagined as if Alice had been shrunk during the tea party instead of how the story actually progressed. I was very careful to stay away from copyright infringement of the Disney version, while still keeping it recognizable for Alice in Wonderland fans. This piece uses a wide range of the brushes that came with Painter Essentials and was created within the first couple of months of owning the program. That proves to me just how easy it is to create art with Painter Essential almost immediately, with very little learning curve.
