“Red Poppies”

I take close up photos of my subject, and cropping my picture and moving them around. I am finally living my dream. The painting bring as much pleasure to the viewer as they do for me as the creator of them.

Thank you, I painted the Red Poppies in watercolor, on a 300 lbs Cold Press Arches watercolor paper. I have been painting for over 20 year, and I do 4 big Summer Art Festival Shows. Right now I am living in Florida for the winter, and driving back early part of May to Maine, where I have my art studio. I love the Maine Sea Coast, and it so expiring, to be able to take advantage, and profit to paint the gorgeous Landscape, and to be able share them in their homes, and also have a greater sense of connection to their own surroundings.
