I had no trouble at all hearing Karen (all you need to do is turn up your volume). I also had no problem understanding what she was saying (if you don’t understand something stop the video, back up, and play it again). Karen is an excellent teacher and an extremely professional artist. She is the ultimate Master Painter Elite.

Extremely unclear and she had already made several steps before the video started. She said “um” a dozen
times, and had to backtrack in her instructions which is way too confusing. Very unprofessional ! Volume too low.
Why can’t Corel find good tutorial instructors and preferably without a British accent ?

      Hello Carolyn,

Thank you for the feedback! While we would be hard-pressed to find a more qualified instructor than a certified Painter Master like Karen, we are always looking for feedback to help improve our tutorial offerings, and will bring this up with our recording team.

volume is too low – difficult to hear, and instructions are not always clear when you are not familiar to the commands she uses. Suggest showing arrow to show drop down menu, settings, and path.
