I have been using Paintshop Pro X7 with my Sony ILCA 77M2 for a year +. Recently seriuos problem occur: when the images initially display in the organizer they seem correct then one by one they turn and have a red tint (monchromatic almost) to them. Working wit Adobe are fine.

I’ve had a quick look on the net and searched the forum but can only find a few similar issues but no real fix. I didn’t find answer neither on the pages of PSP X7 Manual.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance!

      Hello Srecko,

Unfortunately as Paintshop Pro X7 is no longer supported our technicians would be unable to assist with this request. Have you tried using the Smart White Balance function to correct it? This can be found under the Edit workspace via Adjust > White Balance > Smart White Balance.

Like many folk, I have used Adobe products for may years. I have decided to try PSD Pro for a change and I regret not doing so much sooner. Adobe is a complete rip off and I encourage others to give it a go.

I’ve been using photoshop for years and years.
I thought I would give PaintshopPro a go. Delightfully simple and effective. I’ll be sticking with it. Adobe is a rip off.
