How to Create a Water Reflection

Here is an easy way to add a realistic-looking water reflection to your Painter artwork, using a paper texture and the Glass Distortion effect. In this tutorial, Painter Master Elite Don Seegmiller shows you how to work with multiple layers, adjusting the settings of the Glass Distortion effect to create larger reflections in the foreground and smaller reflections further back. To complete the effect, you can paint in a few brush strokes to add highlights and sparkles on the water.
