      Hello Robert,

Unfortunately PSP X9 is no longer a supported product, and our technicians would be unable to assist with this. We would suggest taking a look at the Knowledgebase, where we keep the solutions to many previously resolved issues, or the User Forums to see if anyone in the community has had a similar problem and resolved it.

      Hope this helps!

I liked this video and I’m happy that they’re available. However I found one issue. With the facial recognition, when you start to run it and it places the faces into groups you’ll eventually get a group called “Unnamed”. So I added the names manually using the “Info” panel (on right), the “People” tab and then “Manual: Tag Person”. That was successful however the images are still grouped under the “Unnamed” selection under “People” in the “Navigation” panel. So I don’t understand the purpose of tagging them if the images will still be uncategorized. Was something done incorrectly?
    Thanks for any help- Robert

I’m with a few dozen NEW Users. I bought PSP2019 for the photo editing and the organization and tag purposes. I could care less at this point about drawing lines and pictures. All I need to do if to find the ****** Manage screen, that means from the home page not halfway through the course.

      Hi Gary,

To display the Manage workspace, go to File > Preferences > General Program Preferences and click on Tabs in the left-hand list. Click the checkbox beside Manage to add it to your workspace. Here you can also choose to “Set Manage as default” tab if you wish.

      Hope this helps!
