With my photo of a Purple Thistle, I extracted the thistle/flower our of the background, I used Gaussian blur at 48, used a green overlay with a soft light blend with 48 percent opacity. Then added a texture overlay (overlay blend at 100 percent) added a linen texture and buttonized at 10.
