How to Use the Art Nouveau Brush Pack

By Don Seegmiller

With the Art Nouveau brush pack you can create abstract and asymmetrical art styles inspired by one of the greatest decorative painters, Gustav Klimt. In this tutorial, Painter Master Elite Don Seegmiller demonstrates the original and organic brush strokes designed to guide your experience through Art Nouveau history. In the first part of the tutorial, you will see the 10 brushes that are included in the Art Nouveau Essentials pack for Painter Essentials 6: Dab, Deco Chain, Open Boxes, Rectangle 1, Rectangle 2, Scales, Splatter, Spiral, Square within Square, and Triangle 1.

The second part of the tutorial will cover the additional 5 brushes that make up the Art Nouveau pack for Painter: Brush Lines, Circle within Circle, Rectangle 3, Triangle 2 and Square. Even if you are not interested in creating a Klimt-like painting, these brushes can be used to add a lot of interesting textures so play with them and have fun!
