Drip and Liquid Technologies

Drip and Liquid Technologies

By Aaron Rutten

Blending is a great way to add more detail to your paintings, and in this tutorial, Painter Master Aaron Rutten demonstrates the new Drip and Liquid brush technologies. Three new brushes can be found in the Blenders category, including Fractured Blender, Stencil Oily Blender, and Speckle Diffuse Blender. These brushes don’t add new paint, they blend existing paint. See a preview of the effects that each different brush will produce, and how you would use them to enhance your paintings.

I am so enamored with Corel Painter. I immediately bought the upgrade to 2018 when first offered. The variety of brushes sparks my imagination to wonder what I may create simply by dappling and playing and exploring each new and infinite manners of brush stroke. Totally the best graphic software for my creative endeavors. #absolutely

Problem is I have very little time to explore and create works of art. Twelve or more hours each weekday be-bopping the streets of New Yawk, hoofing fifteen or more miles a day, I’m sleepy tired most every two weekend days I have off to rest. So it does go for the time being.
