Selecting Foreground Objects on Top of Background Objects
Marquee-selecting is a popular method for selecting objects in CorelDRAW. However, it is difficult to marquee-select an object that is on top of bigger objects. When you try to marquee-select such object, you will move one of the bigger objects behind it instead. To accomplish your task successfully, you need to use a keyboard modifier.
- Click the Pick tool
- Hold down Alt, drag around a smaller foreground object, release Alt, and then release the mouse button. The smaller object is selected leaving the background objects untouched.
