You can add columns to documents to create newsletters, glossaries, scripts, or inventory lists. You can discontinue columns when they are complete. For example, here are the steps to create a newspaper-type flowing column:

  • Highlight text to start a table or plant the cursor
  • Select Format > Columns
  • Select number of columns
  • Select ‘Balanced Newspaper’ to keep columns equal size

Now try the other options for Parallel and Parallel with Block Protect.
