Creating and Managing Favorites

Keeping track of several documents on your desktop at the same time can be a cumbersome task. Not anymore! Simply use the Favorites feature to instantly mark all your relevant documents. Next, click on your toolbar to simultaneously open your set of most frequently used documents.

Open a set of files – all-at-once using Favorites:

  • Open the files for the project
  • Click the Favorites star on the toolbar
  • Click ‘Add’
  • Select Manage Favorites and name it

Now to open a set of documents, click the Favorites star on the toolbar and select the named set.
