    If I could get the tool bar on the page, this would be helpful to save the settings and learn to use it. However, I can’t seem to get the text tool bar to show up.

      Hi Midge,

      If the text toolbar isn’t displaying for you, go to View > Palettes and make sure that Tool Options at the bottom of the list has a check mark beside it. This should display the text toolbar when the Text tool is activated.
