In this tutorial video, we’ll go through how to convert speech to titles on the timeline, and how to edit them. The Speech to Text tool introduced in VideoStudio 2022 makes it quick and easy to convert the voiceover or dialogue in your video into titles. Fine tune your text, correct small transcription errors, even customize the style and where they display on-screen. These subtitles are the perfect way to ensure your audience can understand the audio and stay engaged with the action on screen.
If you want to convert speech to subtitles with the Subtitle Editor and generate an SRT file, watch the video on the SUBTITLE EDITOR tab above.
This tutorial will show you how you can convert speech to text in the Subtitle Editor in VideoStudio 2022, how to edit your subtitles for accuracy, and how to export your subtitles as an SRT file. VideoStudio’s Speech to Text tool can analyze the audio in your video to create subtitles, providing you with a subtitle file (also known as an SRT file) that you can upload alongside your video to video hosting and social media sites for your viewers to turn on or off as they wish – ensuring that no matter the volume on their video player, your audio is understood by your audience!
