The easiest way to remove unwanted objects from your photos is with the Magic Fill feature. Simply drag a selection around the object you want to get rid of, and click the Magic Fill button. In an instant, the content aware fill samples the area around the selection and presumes continuity over top of it seamlessly. Refine larger fills by going over problem spots in the same way. Getting rid of something in your photo has never been this easy!

How do I save the photo after using magic fill? The save button saves only the correction!

Hi Sue,
If you want to save a copy of your original photo without the Magic Fill correction applied, here are a couple options:
1. Work on a duplicate copy of the photo. Open your original, then use File > Save Copy As to save a copy, then apply the Magic Fill correction to the copy.
2. Work with layers. In the Layers palette, right-click on the original image layer and select Duplicate. This will create a duplicate layer of your photo. Use the Magic Fill tool on the duplicate layer, then make sure to save the file in .pspimage format (instead of JPG or PNG) to preserve the layers. Your original photo will remain on the bottom layer, untouched. The corrected version will be on a separate layer that you can delete or toggle off the visibility.
Hope this helps!
